How the day may unfold

This is an example schedule

  • Start your day with a delicious brunch. We settle in together, share our intentions, and create a safe, open space for the day ahead. You'll feel at home faster than you expect.

  • A thought-provoking, transformational session centred around self-love. We meditate, journal, discuss, and share, in a safe, supportive space where every realisation is welcome.

    Bring your favourite notebook.

  • A gentle, welcoming yoga session that's a sacred space for self-care, body positivity, and mindful movement. We move in ways that feel good, connecting with our bodies with kindness rather than criticism. All levels, always.

  • A gorgeous, nourishing meal together, because you deserve to be properly fed and looked after. Your body is your vessel. By this point in the day, you'll already notice something shifting. The lunch table conversations are always something special.

  • We go deeper. This session holds space for the bigger realisations, the transformations, the moments where things click. Nourishing, compassionate, and genuinely powerful. People often say this is where something changes for good.

  • We gather one last time to share reflections, celebrate the growth of the day, and honour the connections we've made. You'll leave knowing you carry everything from today with you and a group of women who'll be cheering you on.
