Welcome Brunch & Opening Circle: Start your day with a delightful brunch, where laughter and connection flows. Settle into our cozy sanctuary as we gather in our opening circle, sharing our intentions and creating a safe space for self-exploration and growth.

Workshop 1: Open your mind to a thought-provoking and transformational workshop centred around self-love and manifestation. Grab your favourite notebook as we meditate, journal, discuss, share and realise in a safe, supportive space.

Self Love Yoga: Embrace the gentle flow of self-love as you step onto your mat. Our rejuvenating yoga session is a sacred space for self-care, body positivity, and mindful movement. Connect with your body, honor its wisdom, and bask in the blissful union of mind, body, and soul. Feel the self-love radiate within you.

Lunch: Savour a delicious, nourishing meal together, infused with love and care. As you indulge in the flavours, take a moment to appreciate the nourishment not just for your body, but also for your soul. Share stories, laughter, and sisterhood, deepening the bonds formed on this transformative journey.

Workshop 2: Prepare to dive deeper into the knowledge of yourself with our second workshop of the day. Our workshops hold space for realisations, transformations and healing in a nourishing and compassionate way. What will you learn about yourself?

Closing Circle: In our final gathering, we come together once more, sharing reflections, gratitude, and celebrating the growth we've experienced. The closing circle is a beautiful opportunity to honour the connections we've forged, the transformations we've embraced, and the self-love that will continue to guide us on our individual journeys. With hearts full and souls ablaze, we bid farewell, knowing that we carry the magic within us always.
